★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good..but the defect reported still not rectified..the autolock door still not function but the mechanic said it is normal..it need to push the button twice..im not stupid..btw i will go to another proton service for next service and report again

1) The receptionist was not at all customer friendly.
2) I discovered later on that they did not update my service record in the system and worst they didn't even stamp in my warranty booklet. My next car service center wasn't able to track my record and this created a whole lot more trouble for me. I believe this is basic procedure in automotive line, hence the mistake is not acceptable.
