★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tested drive and looked at the car roughly but did not check it through..... Checking in progress, solution not yet found but the clerk assumed some parts are damage and need rm900 to repair. Hearing that, we decided to go to another workshop. Eventhough checking was not over, they charged rm95.40 for labour charge (for looking roughly n tested drive) and asked the mechanic to stop checking. At the other workshop, they checked it through and said 1 screw was missing...the charge less than rm100 which was far cheaper than the rm900.. I give u 0 star actually. Bad service. 1 screw missing cannot notice meh?

Proton Service URUSMOBILE SDN.BHD , technicians are knowledgeable. Polite, knows the subject not only that Proton Service URUSMOBILE SDN.BHD staff will patiently make you understand what was a technical issue that your car undergoing but provide you a best solution without being a selfish and self gain.
I recommend to all Proton Owners to visit them as we need a humble & service provider such like Proton Service URUSMOBILE SDN.BHD whom can assist you in times of need NOT self centered service center in Shah Alam , especially in Permas Jaya , Plentong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for service appointment and the costing. Once i told the CS that other person will represent me for the service, then the cost was boom! RM658. Asked for breakdown, ehh RM603.40 (with some recommended services). This is still not relevent. I googled and the actual service cost would be RM345.62 je. Amboi lain macam dia nak paw kita. Ingat kita tak pandai ke. Pastu the way he talked to me after i decided what services i want, terus cakap pon macam malas nak layan. Padan muka tak dapat extra comm for the service sale! Btw you’re not even entitled for 1 star tapi terpaksa bagi
