★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i send my car last time for service, you have open the oil sump to replace the seal. Unfortunately yr foreman forgot to install back 2 screws.
So the belt came out and broke. And the tensioner bearing need to be replaced.

If you really want to come, ready to get scolded. They are rude and scold customers. They think CHEAP car deserve CHEAP service, is my fault buying Proton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician Hao is deserves a 5 stars review with his knowledge and experience in Proton car problem. He know exactly where is the problem coming from and fixed it, really impressive.
But the recipients/front desk are not really helpful and not understanding what they are doing, difficult to communicating with them.

This is the worst service center I've ever been too. They didn't even bother to help me?
I had problem with my car and while driving, I was at that area. So would like to check & sorted out the issue. This is because I am scarred if I continue driving, my car will run into more issue.
They have asked me to go back to Service Center where I went before (it's not nearby, okay!!). Understood, but I am having issue at that moment!
They just pushed me away. Poor customer service, everyone working there looked 'stoned cold'. Maybe they are just living their life, just wait for getting salary at the end of the month.
