★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all proton service center in KL and Selangor, this is the worst one. I've serviced my car in other proton center (men heng, mc. Motors and KEB jelatek) but this is the worst. First time was when my back camera had problem, the first thing they said that it is because of accident without even touching and checking it properly. And when i said that the accident occurred 1 year ago, and my camera wasnt even affected, then only they said they actually dont have the proper equipment to check. So nonsense. When i send to mengheng, after checking, its actually due to wiring problem.
The second time was when my car has gearbox problem, again, they straight away blaming it on the accident when actually the accident claim was done 2 years ago for body parts. The heck that body parts has things to do with my gearbox. So freaking nonsense. When calling other service center, they've never brought up regarding the accident at all. They are so useless i can say. Even the receptionist also has a very bad attitude.
Overall, they provide a very poor service. This kind of service centre which actually is bringing down proton name. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday. Not really happening , might be due to few problems faced by proton now. Short of stock for X50 and X70 and shortage of spareparts. Turned a lot of customer away. Suppose to be a lot of order coming in due to fastive season. Hari raya is around the corner
