posting on Lazada says free delivery for Stanley blower. When you order rm 6.00 delivery charged. When I ring them to clarify, no answer. what's going on ?

If this is your first time considering this store, I would suggest you take a little time to hear my story. If you’re unable to spare some time, then I would just recommend you stay away from them as a new buyer because they don’t deserve your business. Head to someone else and even if they cancel your order you may have even saved some time rather than choosing this hardware store. 28.09.2020 Monday - I made the purchase on Shopee for a Daewoo air compressor from here. 29.09.2020 Tuesday - I received a call from one sales agent regarding my order and she told me that the compressor was out of stock and if it is possible to change it to another off-brand compressor close to similar specs but more expensive. I asked for some time to consider and contacted the agent back. I requested for 2 smaller compressors from their store and valued similar to the Daewoo. She told me they would proceed with my request. I thanked her and asked for an update accordingly. Case closed? 05.10.2020 Monday - I messaged the agent and politely asked for an update on my order. No response. 07.10.2020 Wednesday - I received a call, another sales agent regarding my order. She told me that the Daewoo was out of stock. I explained to her that I had already agreed another agent on 2 smaller compressors. She handed me over to my previous sales agent, she said the shipment should have went out and she had already submitted the paperwork but for some reason my order didn’t ship. She said will check and update me. She messaged me again asking if I wanted the first Daewoo that I ordered. I told her that I wanted the 2 units because I had already made my plans to run them instead of the Daewoo. Apparently, the 2 units were now out of stock. I told her I rather cancel the order since we were running in circles. She tried to justify her work to me but that was for her superior and not a valid reason for me. She said once again she will try to get the 2 compressors as per my wish and update me. 08.10.2020 Thursday – She messages me that she found the 2 compressors. Fortunately, Shopee had already cancelled my order around 30minutes before I received the message from the sales agent. Coincidence? She, mentioned if is it ok to I reorder or I can also directly transfer to their company’s account (red flag much). I thanked her for her effort in finding it me but a little too late. Frankly I told her, Shopee did its job and there really isn’t much I can do anymore. It would be illogical for me to direct transfer to their company after all they have put me through. In this case Shopee safeguarded me. I told her if her superior couldn’t offer me for all my time and effort then I’m out. She thanked me for my patience and told me there will be 100% assurance in transfer form of payment. From regretted the problems and they want to fulfil my order with compensation. As if I was going to believe the 100% assurance. There is nothing stopping them from disappearing after receiving payment (similar to a scammer’s trick). Here was the offer: x1 Extension wire (unspecified length and quality) x1 Stanley Test Pen (est. rm3) x5 Face masks (est. rm0.25) x1 T-shirt (est. -). I told her thanks for the offer but those items were embarrassingly low in value. I counter offered, 2x Nitto Air fittings (est. rm20-25) and a hose (est. rm20). Seemed fair to me since I had to downgrade my purchase quality wise, I waited a week to find out that my order was never sent out and I didn’t even have my compressor yet. I told her let me know what she thought. The last response I received was that she was out for lunch and let her check. I highly doubt that there will be any new updates on this so I’m posting my explicit experience with this hardware store. I feel sad to write this review since I had given them so many chances to step up and try to be a good business and do the right thing for their customers. I would like to thank you if you read my review up to this point because not everyone would spend the time to actually read such a long experience and I truly appreciate it.
