★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the start of business, their service and cleanliness still acceptable. I have been there 7 times. But this round didn't just disappoint me, it really pissed me off. After washing, I noticed that some obvious areas on car bonnet (not talking about the detailing areas) hadn't been cleaned①. I merely requested staff to wipe it off and didn’t ask them to wash it again. I just walk around my car to see the cleanliness. Even I found not clean, I just close one eye. The worst part was when I was almost about to drive off from the shop, noticed my front video cam was hanging off the bracket & knocked off, was not being informed②. The owner of shop even retorted “memanglah you sini macam sana macam” when I warned to be careful next time. Not even a word of “sorry”③. What are you talking about when your staff did wrongly! React to customer in this way when customer get frustrated!
