★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, no special counter for customers, have to waited 30 mins for my turn as counter priorities service to agents for submission. Email Prudential complaint unit, gotten the replier 3 weeks later after i send "reminder" to asked. And the content of the replier is, is month end closing...so, mean customers have to avoid month end closing period to visit branch?
