★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service desk is alright though the overall systen is a bit slow... However, the Claim section is bloody slow and disorganised.. my claim took months and still not resolved until now.. demands and clarifications were requested one by one at a time and never read what were submitted by Client.. how long do you wish to close the case?? The staff competency or the company system itself are far below the global status of the Prudential Inc.. or.. are delaying claims is part of your KPI??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a official branch. Not agency. Swift and easy process. The staff at the counter is very helpful.
Only thing I would recommend is to change a higher chair at the counters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 2:40pm, only 1 counter was open. Numbering system exist, for 4 different catagories (agents/customer etc). Arrived and got 1xxx number as a customer, but for 20 minutes they only serve those with 4xxx. And later (when they are done serving 4xxx) moved to 3xxx amd 2xxx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came early in the morning during holiday/festive season so it was easy to find parking nearby and didn’t have to queue at all. The staff was very good, fast and friendly. Got my business done within 10 minutes.
