β β β β β Had few fillings done last week by Dr. Tan. It was a really great experience. The clinic is fairly new and comfortable. Dr. Tan is very gentle and skillful. Experience zero pain throughout the treatment. Overall 5 star. Will surely recommend my friends.

β β β β β My first time here and i have to say, Dr Tan was very nice and she talk me through all that i had to do (procedures that had to be done due to my tooth ache). There was only one other staff and she was very friendly as well,very hospitable and answered all my queries. I set my appt on the same day and luckily they arranged a slot for me to come in for a consult. They also allowed my gf to be with me amidst the covid. I was charge RM 60 for an xray (first molar) and RM 30 for antibioticS. The place was clean and they adhered to the sops. Will recommend. Thx Dr Tan?

β β β β β A very experienced Dr Tan ... soft spoken, always sensitive (she knows most of us are afraid of the pain that may be felt with our teeth)
... she always ensure only the best experience we could possibly have. That's why I say she is the best after all clinics I visited.
My filling came off and she being very kind to help me to refill with no charge, twice! All done swiftly with top quality and experience!
Much appreciate her professionalism and also not forgetting all her staffs ... making PS Dental the best in my opinion. Thank you.

β β β β β I did my 2 lower wisdom teeth removal surgery separately with Dr Tan. She was very friendly and patiently explaining to me about the risks that I will face due to the condition/location. Very professional and experienced doctor. Reasonable price also. Highly recommended ??

β β β β β Very disappointing doctor honestly. Never thought she will do like this. Everything look good at beginning only. All is just Marketing only ! During enquiry she said everything very good can be done.
Once we paid money full payment, things screwed up, she just donβt bother and simply refer us out and abandon her patient just like that. She never thought her patient pain or what. Honestly this is very disappointing, unprofessional and bad ethics as a dentist I ever seen. She supposed knew everything during enquiry before she took up the case but at last she just donβt bothers abandon like that!
Never judge people by first impressions ! Sometimes people look good just because either your things too easy for them handle and not challenge them, but when things screw up she will abandon you just the same. Becareful !!!
Always get second opinion from others practitioner too. Never just trust only one dr opinion. Minor case do filling or whitening maybe can la. But not others treatment! Not a recommended place !
Seeing your explanation, look like you are irresponsible dentist. We came here not to do temporary crown ok, we came here for complete the whole treatment. Nevertheless we seek others specialists during the treatment with your clinic.
We are not dumb enough to pay you full payment and look for other dentist to do ! Doesnβt make sense also. This just an excuse to escape your wrongly doing. Of Course every patient come to get the treatment treated done, if no problems then no need to see dentist lo. If you cannot help your patient , beginning dont accept people case and money and do half way job. You not capable just admit its.
Donβt simply create story to accused your patient . You can go ahead check the records if no record, we will take legal action against you ! Next time check properly first with your lab before you took people case, and money, only you give all this excuses. Like this is called cheating ! Once you took people case, is your responsibility as a dentist to help complete the treatment but not abandon your patient like this ! No ethics as good dentist at all. This is very selfish ethics as a dentist ! Not professional at all.
You are charging RM300 per tooth and my husband left 7 toothβs is RM2,100 but only half treatment was done. We did the temporary crown before only cost RM200 per arch.
Somemore your just do wax model only not even PMMA crown. My friend did outside PMMA crown only cost RM100 per tooth better than your wax.
If you do treatment base on hourly but not your integrity and responsibility as dentists to help your patient, you are lousy and irresponsible dentist !

β β β β β Dr Tan is friendly and professional. However the staff is rude and impatient yet speak louder to client how long to arrives if you are late please donβt set at specific time in fact I late just 5 mins due to full parking. Besides, my appointment never been scheduled in their system, every time i have to called to confirm yet the staff said i never set any appointment with them? It happened twice already. I hope Dr Tan will take serious in to this matter and evaluate your staff and system.

β β β β β Walked in right before closing time for a tooth extraction and they were very nice to take their time to treat me. The process was also painless and doctor did a great job too. Highly recommend!

β β β β β No complains about Dr Tan. Dr Tan professional advise is very clear, and she is very patient in explaining.
The only thing that ticks me off is the booking process and how the front desk do their job.
I called in to book appointment on 12 May 2022, time 15:52pm, just to make an appointment. I asked is there a slot on Saturday. They said yes. So i confirmed my booking at 2:15pm.
When i came on Saturday, they cant find my booking record. The words they say...
"I cant find your booking"
"Sometimes customer cant confirm their booking" (so, i called in just to tell u i am not confirming my booking? Is this some kind of a joke?)
"I am not the only one taking care of front desk"
"Can we change another doctor? (No). If you can wait, then you wait la"
I have waited for near 1 hour, yet no one tell me i have to wait for how long. I have to ask the front desk to only know that i can only get my treatment at 3:30pm.
They even asked me who picked up my call, of course i didnt ask. If i would know it is this bad, i will ask every single time when i make a call. Well, there is a CCTV at the front desk, proposal to Dr Tan to wind back 12 May 2022 time 15:52 and see who picked up the call then. That solves the question that is posted to me.
This is not the first time i am having problems with the booking. Dr Tan has shown interest to know what has happened. Plus point for being a responsible professional. Hope Dr Tan can seriously find out what went wrong in the process.
It sure affects the customer experience. It will be a waste if this is not rectified.
