Given how indecisive I am, I made an order on a late Sunday evening for it to be posted on a Monday morning. To my surprise PS Floral Atelier was still working at the time! They messaged me to make sure that everything was in perfect order and it was!
Then came Monday morning and they kept me posted on the delivery of the plant. Everything went well and again she loves it!
I searched far and wide in many online flower delivery services but none of them had succulent plants which she likes. But luck would have it that PS Floral Atelier does! By sheer coincidence they are based in JB and so is she haha.
Thanks again to PS Floral Atelier for the great service! :)

They are incredibly thoughtful, printed a customised card along with the flowers of your choice and delivered it on the dot!
Will definitely order from them again!

They are super responsive and are flexible to accommodate to customer's request! They also care to keep you posted from time to time how your order is progressing and make sure delivery is made on time. It's definitely not going to be my last order with them!! They went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations when I had to scramble for a florist to send flowers to a dear friend and to my mother on Mothers day itself during the lock down period . I was making the orders online from SG and to be delivered in JB . Truly this is customer service at its best and they have exemplified what customer service is all about .
