Just bought 4days ago a set of bathroom sink and toilet bowl with them..they asked check the bowl below if got any crack or damages.. and we are not aware of the water tank above.. and its fully cover with box..lifted to my car and bought home.. on the day contractor open for fix found got huge crack at the tank.. Im rushed home bcs the old bowl was taken out.. Got this sale lady, saying its not they fault bcs if below yes not above and blamed us. My brother started asking for the CCTV to check and she said will take time to check then i told the old bow was take out and check it now..she communicated..
After so on so on.. A guy come and had small argument then he agreed to replace. This time we took a video and fully check before bring home..
Moral of the story please check ever inches and take a video or pic the things you bought and then please make sure you are at cctv point.
Its really stress me out and spoiled my evening
PS : check at Shopee, the product so cheaper then what they selling at outlet.. I bought for RM699
At Shopee they selling for RM469 only with free gifts ??โโ๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ No doubt you can find all home appliances you want at reasonable price provided there is any offer or clearance sale. However the sale person was not friendly at all. He just answered my questions in single word with annoying face and tone of voice..like I should know everything about the stuff. Very poor customer service! Pls improve your staff attitude.
