I work with - Natalie - my trusted trainer, she guides, encourage and push you to the Big leap mentally and physically. I’ve never been so proud of what my body can do and become ( curvy ass, stronger core and a nice silhouetted back ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly professional and friendly personal trainers. The knowledge of the trainers is on another level compared to other places I tried in JB and Singapore. After 3 months working with Lead I lost 8kg. Have signed up for another round of sessions focused on strength building and Lead has adapted the program to make it both challenging and fun. Highly recommended.

The personal trainers here are very professional and skilled at developing a tailor-made program for your individual needs. I highly recommend this establishment - it really has been life changing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can learn anything you want to learn here instead of training only. The coaches are professional and most importantly is their up-to-date knowledge! Their coaches always ensure their knowledge is the latest which really helps the client to train in the most scientific and safe way. I had request to learn for Olympic lifting and they teach me also~ For my opinion it's a great place for any coach who want to sharpen thier skill or knowledge, their trainer are qualified to giving course also.
