โ โ โ โ โ Patin tempoyak dia jenis asam pedas, betul betul kaw pedas, ikan patin pun segar, isi lembut manis, harga pun sesuai dengan portion. Dan presentation dalam claypot dengan kuah yang mendidih tu memang terbaik.
Tapi, aduhai, owner kena buat sesuatu dengan masalah lalat, mungkin kena hire professional. Setakat letak pelekat tangkap lalat tu tk cukup, sbb lalat punya bnyak smpai nak makan pun risau kot lalat masuk dlm mulut.
Patin tempoyak is a kind of spicy acid, it's really spicy, the catfish is fresh, the filling is soft and sweet, the price is suitable for the portion. And the presentation in a claypot with boiling gravy is the best.
But, alas, the owner has to do something with the fly problem, maybe he has to hire a professional. As far as placing the fly catch sticker is not enough, so the flies have so many that they want to eat and worry about the fly's coat entering the mouth.

โ โ โ โ โ Patin tempoyak in claypot is seriously recommended. It came still bubbling hot in the claypot. Tempoyak taste is just nice, not overpowering. Also can ask for less spicy. I thought might be expensive but it costs only RM 8. 1 claypot could be share by 2 persons but for tempoyak fan like me, it is not enough
