★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is too lousy, phone the 1st number, ask me to call another (NOT TRANSFER LINE), then call the 2nd number, she said wrong department again, need to call another, then the last call said they can not perform the service, need to walk in to do it. Why they just can't tell me in 1st call said:"I NEED TO WALK IN TO DO IT!". Totally disappointed with this service....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front counter provides useless number of Hire-purchase department, unable to contact. thus, unable to transfer vehicle ownership at JPJ due to non-updated loan details by the bank. Old style of working attitude, not able to support account holder from other states.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visit this branch 2 times, but that's already enough for my lifetime because the customer service and the staff's attitude are terribly bad.
First time, my parents, 60+, they don't understand the process of reactivating the bank account while I was in another state, so they asked the staff politely, however the staff is impatiently staring and answered my parents with anger because my parents interrupting their chit-chating during their office hour?
Second time, I had to make a cash deposit on their counter due to the machine "ROSAK" (again), I approached to the counter and again I saw the staff faces like I had done anything offensive to him.
In the end, I sent an email to their customer service, however, reply nothing and I had never ever visit this branch again.
But, this comment is just toward this branch, the other branches are professional and nice including the hotline operator. Hope the upper management can carry out a training program to the staff in self-emotional management and make sure the staffs understand the meaning of professionalism during office hour. Lastly, no offense just an advice from a customer who has exsited in your system for over a decade.

Visited on 4/11/20 at 9.45am. Went to hire purchase department and was attended by this lady staff.
I have to say, her customer service skill was bad, and cannot ANSWER MOST OF MY QUESTION. She kept on refering to her colleague at the back who was rude too. He did not even care to attend nicely.
Lastly they just direct me to another person through the phone in their office. DEFEAT THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF GOING TO THE BANK.
Question that the lady cannot anwers (funny that she is being the front person)
1. Why do all the number I call was not connected? Some were not even in the service. This has caused this big problem to occur.
2. How am I not receiving any notification regarding late instalment payment but I receive notice of reposession straight away?
3. Can i make the payment here, now?
4. How can you suggest me other alternative so that this kind of matter wont be happening again?
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRONT PERSON IS NOT KNOWLEDGABLE OF WHAT SHE IS DOING. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. JUST GO AND ASK OF PHONE NUMBER OF A PERSON IN CHARGE.
