β β β β β The lowest efficiency I have ever experienced among all public bank in Penang. There are 9 counters but only 3-4 counters are working. Just a cash deposit, took me more than 50min to wait. If not because of coins, i would go for cash deposit machine =(
Itβs after lunch hour, not a peak hour.

β β β β β Best branch visit so far. Excellent customer service, best SOP observed branch under pandemic. Caring door taker to allow weak and senior customers to go in first while attending other customers queries who waited outside. Well done Public Bank Bagan Ajam branch!!
