★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to upgrade atm machines, almost every time either the atm machine run out money or run out receipts. Have to wait for the queue for 20 minutes before my turn. Really disappointing......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Public bank branch. Poor service, Staffs are arrogant, lazy. They will give you thousands of reasons to ask you to come back another day for simple transactions just because their higher authority is not in, etc. Worse is their higher officer taking their own sweet time to do the needful and chatting away but letting customers to wait for long periods. Last time ever doing any transaction here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ATM machine in Selangor. Or maybe in the country. Almost 9 out of 10 everytime I come here the ATM is out of service. Wasted so much time of my life going here. But no other options nearby here other than this Public Bank branch. Furthermore, many foreigners come here and don't follow SOP; almost 15 people inside at a time, when it should be only 7 people.

Have parkings available around the area but have to be patience to wait if during busy time.
Have to Q before enter banking area during this time but very glad with the good and fast services from their staff name Mr Vijay. He is very friendly and fast response to customer's needs without any discrimination. Tqvm for the wonderful services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had experienced the worst service from a guy at the enquiries counter. Arrogant attitude. I only manage to get the ticket for open account after 10minute and no giving immediately. The sequence given the number was mess up. Everytime visit everytime dissapointed.
