โ โ โ โ โ 1 went there to help my father(89 yrs old)to get his atm card because he is having a problem to line up whenever he went to the bank to draw his money. The customer's service officer is very friendly and understand our problem. She is so helpful. Before went to this bank, i already went to public bank in wakaf siku, but felt very dissappointed with the customer's service there. We have to wait for near two hours just to hear her saying "tak boleh buat, sebab kalau buat kad tu, nanti orang lain yg guna utk gi shopping.

โ โ โ โ โ it was a slow service on 6 Oct 2021, arrived at 12:30pm, it was a long que. After waiting outside more than 1 hour, . Staff not give the number when enter, need to wait when the counter free then staff give the number. in the system it show they work efficient and fast. Public bank main branch in KL should check the performance of their staff here. Not so helpful and lazy staffs.
there was senior citizen que outside on normal lane and they dont aware about senior citizen lane. the staff that guard the entrance need to be more proactive.
if there is a problem in your system please let the waiting customer know about it.
thankfully got chairs outside. not a recommended banking service.

โ โ โ โ โ Very fast. Open account today for my first job. Less than 10 minutes at the table. Other bank the harimau one took me 40 minutes ++ at the table. Same offer letter same IC. Not include the line time ?. Today line not bad only 30 minutes waiting.

โ โ โ โ โ Counter Staff can chat and joking around while customer are waiting. Hopefully can improve customer service to avoid wasting customer precious time. Thanks. But staff at customer service are friendly and patient.

โ โ โ โ โ Slow service for opening new account. Lucky I came with my aged father before 10.30am, so the staff allowed us to wait inside. My transaction done after 2 hour and a half.
