One Indian lady staff use impolite sound explain to me how to function the pbe app, I don't know that why I ASK, why you use your bad attitude to call me? Miss or girl I accept, kau guna tu tu gadis, and you use high tonality.

Not polite the staff who assisted me at counter 7 today. If my finger print cant detect is that my fault!! You dont even have a queue and sitting so free and yet the way you talk to me was not nice at all. Should hv just cancel my account!

Front line is fast and efficient and most of the staff there are helpful too and i would have been giving them 5 stars rating. However, one of the customer service name Ms Ho has very bad attitude and service. I guess she only provide good service when directors go there personally. I have been dealing with her few times for company account and i can say all the experiences are BAD! Very BAD! I have to travel to the banks few times just to submit documents and keep following up by phone calls to follow up on the status. Imagine i called so many times until the other public bank staff can recognise my voice but she was unable to help as Ms Ho is the approval for the particular matter. This is really bad and inefficient. How i wish i do not need to deal with her in future.
