★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, staff does not check the name on documents clearly and presume to proceed payment. End up caused my doc void and payment stuck. The same kind of doc process at pj jz need 5 mins, kapar took me 30 mins. Good Job!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and Bad service. 2 hours waiting outside the bank. Just want to change atm card. Have to wait the customer service free, then u will be invited to come inside. Stupidddd.. come early also no use. The management out of service. Pitty the peoples have to long wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While Maybank had introduced apply renewal debit card via online and sending cards to customer in 3 days, PBB still required customer to proceed to bank for renewal, worst part is the service is so slow here with only 1 CS attend to all customers. Look into the improvement on CS if you care for your customers needs.
