Please improve the service as most of the public bank branches were being given very bad reputation in term of services by the customers/clients. (If you have better options, do go to a better branch).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait nearly two hours dekat que. Kenapa tak set up appointment process? kan easier. Had to wait long lepastu staff all not friendly. You don’t have to snap at every single questions. Some elderly memang tak tahu be patient la.
