★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning i call this taxi to go to work....but a lady say that there is a taxi pick up me at my location....the waiting time is 12mins.so i Wait n wait n wait for atleast 30 min but still not arrived..at last received call that the taxi driver go other place already....now who want to answer to my manager if i reach my working place late???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am working as a receptionist in a newly opened hotel in Johor , Malaysia and I was about to face too many sarcastic customer every day . so stressful days still I managed to help some guest to book taxi and all I heard is too rude call attender today with VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR certainly from this public cab . I really didn't expect this from that call attender which is a lady , it was really disrespectful . Yes , I did cancelled the taxi once the lady called me back after 15 minutes once I booked the other taxi which was way more fast and most importantly , they were MORE POLITE . My superiors has already removed this number from our cab contact list and as a reminder it is not a loss for us at all . seriously I tried many times and the answer will be , wait , I call you back , and the guest have to call them back to make sure . And Today I got offended on the way she talked me , and this so not the way to handle a guest . Since I'm in customer service line too , I know better . She should be sacked or get warned . and I totally regret to call this taxi for booking and all I get is the day ruined . I must say Other taxi center way more better .
