β β β β β Need improvement on the counter system. Agreed with other comments...why making an online appointment booking system when still have to wait more than 15minutes before could enter or over 30min before could speak/interface with the staff at kaunter. Must do something with efficiency and the flow of the process. If just collecting something that customer already fully paid and PG setup to make it 10minutes only thru online booking then PG needs to make sure its REALLY not more than 10minutes at the branch/kaunter...otherwise why make it just 10min at the first place ? Collecting gold bar if even taking more time still should not take more than 30min per customer. If yes then something not right with the flow that PG setup. No issue with the staff itself...which also only two of them at this branch..hardly see branch manager...gaji buta ka......so i blame the higher management on this.
