Pan Mee stall in this kopitiam is one of my favourite. The noodle tastes good and affordably priced. It is run by locals so the food quality and hygiene is at top level.

Food court style eating place from combining 2shoplots. Served mostly regular chinese breakfast and lunch fare. Decent local coffee and tea served. Popular include pan mee, chicken rice (2 stalls) and char kuey teow. Ample parkings in the fronting streets.

Went here for lunch. Quite crowded but there were 2 Rela guards in charge of flow. Tried the shredded chicken ho fun. Not bad with 3 prawns and shredded chicken. Cost rm7.50. Price as usual. 2 shops lot so quite spacious. There are few stalls like pan mee, wan tan mee, fried kuey teow, pork mee, waffer, puff like kaya puff, siew pau and etc.

Tried the petai fried rice on 28 Dec. So so only. Petai a bit raw, a bit too spicy. Rice still lumpy.

It is a food court with several independent food stalls. Came here for the pan mee, as it was good previously. But now the pan mee was quite plain, only mee, other ingredients could hardly see. The picture was taken after halfway eating, so that was not the initial portion. It costs RM6.50, i think it was cheaper previously, and better. Abit disappointed. The good part is that the whole kopitiam was quite spacious so the distancing between tables are able to maintain. It was also quite clean and hygienic for a kopitiam. A fun fact: the kopitiam is under the same boss as the Restaurant Mawar Gembira, which is located at the next street.

Most of the items that we have tried were about average. We were here for lunch on a Sunday. We tried Nasi Lemak, Fried Kuey Teow, Kaya Butter toast, Loh Mee and Fish Balls noodles. The rice and curry vegetables in Nasi Lemak were too soft.
