★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gone to this outlet on Christmas day 2020. Followed the SOP, scanned MySejaterah and waited for my turn to go into the shop. A rude store assistant asked me and my friend to stand closer to each other so the line behind wouldn't blocking the shop next door. Seriously? This is against the 1-m social distancing rule. Some more there are only 3 person in the que. He can say it nicely and not that rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible promoters and one of the promoters who so-called ‘manager’ got a lousy attitude. Me and my friends were shopping in the store and decide our shopping list as we need to achieve some Sunway campaign to redeem some vouchers on 29/04/21. Then a female promoter who wore purple hoodie and jeans showed up and grabbed away our stuff while we are deciding to buy more items. She did not let me know any valid reason why to show such attitude but I asked for reason and her name she then turned her back on us. Well, I will not shop at their store again and please, mind your manners while customer is trying to solve problem with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Mr. rudy, i was mistakenly took wrong size and asking him for a refund however unfortunately i lost the receipt, he genuinely wants to help me and we figured it out how can i still exchange the item. He is competent and professional. Thank you so much for your help and understanding. I really appreciate. This kind of staff should be appreciated
