β β β β β I had so much fun with the group. The teacher was attentive to correct my posture and technique. Definitely helped with my lower back pain by strengthening my core and had a good night sleep after the session. Iβm into mediation and yoga a form of moving meditation certainly helps with my mental and physical strength.

β β β β β I honestly enjoyed the yoga retreat so much. Much needed as it helped me to take a pause on my busy life. Appreciate the way that the instructors (Teacher Faye, Teacher Kee and Teacher Carrie) approachedβ¦ pushed me out of my comfort zone but at the same time so gentle β€οΈ Love every sessions from the yoga retreat esp the sound bath meditation :) Thank you and Iβm grateful to have met all the awesome people!

β β β β β Joined the yoga retreat for the first time and totally loved it! Despite being a beginner, it wasn't difficult for me and my friends to follow the sessions at all as teachers are all very helpful, kind and friendly. It was extremely healing and therapeutic, felt so good after that. Big thank you to teacher Faye, Carrie and Kee, looking forward to learn more from you all.

β β β β β It was a fun yoga retreat. Able to meet teachers in person, because Iβm joined the virtual class since the 1st MCO. The teachers are passionate, friendly and fun.
