★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the cat have their characteristics. 18rm for 1 hour and drink, the staff nice and they told me about these tray cats. Thats why some of the cat not friendly but we all know and treat them well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cats were lovely, however upon arrival, the stench of ammonia was making me wretch. Clearly not sanitised and properly cleaned. Apart from one nice staff member; the others where on their phones do absolutely nothing. All in all I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The smell is quite strong, the cats are very cute yet sensitive. The cats nails are sharp, gave my daughter some scratches (not the cats fault) just some don’t want to be petted. Be careful. Most of the cats are okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really smelly and terrible place. The cats are tired and agitated, the air is full of cat hairs. The floor and fake grass area is sticky and disgusting. Moreover, the entry fee is ridiculous and comes with a drink people cannot drink anyway because it requires taking off mask and inhaling the cat hairs in the air. You guys should consider cleaning and ventilating the place. What a torturous and traumatising experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT WORTH THE MONEY. DON'T THINK GONNA COME HERE AGAIN.
1. The smell very terrible. I can smell pee in the whole environment.
2. OVERPRICED..!!! RM21 per pax not even WORTH IT. The cats not friendly and they will attack and hiss at you if you touch them. Although the cats are cute, but don't even think about touching/hugging them.
3. Drink is normal.
Sorry to say, this is the most bad pets cafe that I've been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a strong pungent smell of cat urine in here. Not sure how people can enjoy their drinks or foods with that kind of smell lingering in the air. Don't expect the cats to be friendly and cuddly. Most are either bored to death, dislike petting or will scratch you back. I accidentally walked on the green fake carpet and many wet spots there smelled of urine. Half of the room is so dim and there is no good ventilation in there. Staff are not that friendly either. Most will look at you wrongly and follow your move. It's very uncomfortable. I find this place is a rip off. Avoid at all cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purradise cat cafe is a purr-fect place to go if you love cats. well. thats obvious. but in my honest opinion i didnt really like the system that they used like.... u get a free drink thats kinda... small and underwhelming and like. ya. BUT THAT CATS DOEEEE OH MY LAWDDD THEY MAKE IT SO WORTH IT LIKE THEYRE SO ADORABLE AND THEY LITERALLY HATE ALL OF US ??????? LIKE ITS SO FUNNY MAN BUT yeah other than that i think they shouldnt let children below 12 in the place cus i feel they wld tire the cats out even more... ?♀️ oh and the smell of puthay kinda.... ??? KINDA STRONG MAYN.. i mean im used to it cus i get so much ? but yeah it was kinda stinky man. but oh well, you can expect that much from a cat cafe you feel?? well yeah. felt more of likr a cat playroom than a cafe. so if u want some quality time with a buncha cat this is the place 4 u <3 ?

Not my first visit, but there is an overwhelming stench as I walked through the second door into the premises. I become used to it after that, but for the first 5 mins it was almost unbearable...
Facilities
The white wooden swing is already “senget” and doesn’t really give me a safe feeling to use it.
Certain bean bags have cat hair everywhere. Sat the first one, it was nice and comfy but the smell... sat on the wooden box after...
The individual sleeping areas of the cats seems very worn off... the cats really use it to the max....no pictures to show as I wanted to take nice pics...would be nice if owners got newer ones or even try to clean the existing ones...
saw Olaf sleeping in the oval one but it seems to be dirty...but he is sleeping like a rock in there...haha...
Air con working well, can be a little cold, at least dont have to worry about the hot weather

Overall, I enjoyed my alone time with the cats. Some improvement could have been made.
Would have given 5 stars if the smell wasn’t that bad for sure.
I have cats before and they make great pets if you have the time to care for them.
They can smell but my cat is bathed every month at least once with warm water and shampoo. You have to be patient and understanding, they generally don’t like water, but some cats actually do like baths so it depends on their personality, but definitely avoid washing the face area, this rule applies to all cats.
