β β β β β Fill up a form. Take number. Everythings procedure quick. Well maintained facilities. Including friendly staff. You get to have a meal afterwards which is cool. Do note on operating hours. And come early if possible. Parkings a plenty inside

β β β β β Best place for apheresis. The centre is well equipped and staffed. Systematic procedure to follow right from the registration counter. It usually starts with donor data input, iron sufficiency test, blood pressure before the drawing of blood. All are well monitored by the nurses. Upon completing the process, they will make sure you have a simple meal with a drink before leaving the centre. Appointment is required for apheresis.

Your can fill in the form at the entrance or fill through their website as it is more convenient (still need to be printed though). Take your number & wait for them to test your blood. After that, your number will be called for the second time for the doctor to access you. Lastly, if you are eligible, you are ready to donate your blood. You can also bring company if it is not too crowded.

Nurses and front desk are very friendly. The value every single donor as they know the importance of a donor.
They will care for you throughout the process & ensure you leave only when you are perfectly fine.
They give you a hearty meal and drink so that you get some boost of energy.

β β β β β Suggest to use IC or similar ID card with storage chips to record the donation info rather than booklet. I have 3 booklets and 1 card now as I always forget to bring the booklet. Hope that one day this can be upgraded for convenience.

β β β β β 8 minutes for me to fill 450ml bag. I break my fast inside then donate my blood. Then I can choose whether to eat again or not. The staff were super supportive, knowledgeable, handy, beautiful, kind. Donate blood within 4 hours after meals. Regular donor get to level up perks if hospitalised.
