A well and professionally managed facility. Friendly and caring staff. Well trained and skillful clinical staff.
Perhaps, the management could initiate further training and exposure on quality customer services overall.
Quality services require good and satisfied staff, perhaps something could be done to correct this.
Satisfied patients is the outcome of the good services rendered. And, good services rendered is the outcome of satisfied and quality staff.
