★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selalu hantar sini bila brg rosak.. baru2 ni dua2 vacuum rosak... hantar sini.. dia check.. satu dia baiki time tu jugak sbb cuma wayar pd plug. x jejak.. foc.. satu lg dh test masih x boleh.. kena stay dkt 2 minggu baru dpt balik.. so far both working well.. tq
always send it here when the brg is broken .. just now two vacuums are broken ... send it here .. he checked .. one he fixed the time as well as just the wire on the plug. x trail .. foc .. one more dh test is still x can .. have to stay for about 2 weeks to be able to return .. so far both working well .. tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive repairs for little problem of appliances. I once sent a 29" CRT for colour & focus issue and they just adjusted the inner knob to maximum and sent back to customer and charged 200 ringgit. They also rejected certain appliances such as radio/mini hi-fi as they giving excuses no parts available. Another repair shop at Jalan Arab can easily repair it. What a shame.

Due to the repairing fee is too expensive so we ask for what is repaired and the boss can’t tell it clearly and also can’t use.
Calling for repair again but asking for another fee?!
Pay for the first time but not repair nicely and keep asking for once?
Not coming this shop again.
