โ โ โ โ โ Today is first time i send my cat to this clinic.. the price very cheap coz i send 2 cat ..my cat flu injection n also get medicine I think we don't get the price in selangor.. thank you very much doc right now I still monitor my cat.

โ โ โ โ โ Called the clinic asking for fungus treatment price and the staff whom answered my call was being rude "bawa lah kucing dulu, mana nak tahu" (Yes he was being cynical!) and hanged up. Our conversation last for 40 seconds. I am a genuine potential customer, asking nicely with concise question. Please take action to this staff and ask him to improve his customer service.

My response: I have my right to complain based on my overall customer service experience with your clinic. Are you expecting your Google reviews to be all perfect? Polly yes because you don't want to admit your staff's misbehavior. My point is here your staff being rude, not about me taking my cat there etc. Don't be a rude enabler.
I don't usually leave my review on Google, this is my first one since I felt utterly disappointed with your staff. You too, think about it. Take my advice and improve your customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ I went there because my cats were not well. The doctor treated the cats nicely. He spoke really nice & patiently showed how to give medicine to the cats. Really recommend others around Jempol to go here!

โ โ โ โ โ I've read another review here about their staff's poor behaviour. I thought it's just a misunderstanding, until I experienced it myself. I called the place and asked nicely, but all I got was rude response and the staff even raised his voice at me. I know what you're doing is not easy work. But does it help anyone to treat people like that? If you're wondering whether I'm overreacting, I'm not. I hope more people speak up so that they would actually take action instead of shifting the blame to reviewer. We're all good people, it shouldn't be that difficult to show some courtesy.

I bought my 3 cats here and it only cost Rm115 that included multiple injections and medicines which is really really cheap for me?
I have been to another vet and they charged me Rm115 for 1 Cat with few medicines and it did not work well with my cat?
The Dr here is so nice and he explained everything clearly
Not forget to mention that all the medicines he gave work so well on my cat.
They are better in less than 1 week?alhamdulillah

โ โ โ โ โ I've been here for many times, it is much more easier to just walk in and bring your pets but i think dogs are not allowed cause there was a sign saying it but you can make a call to make confirmation. The doctor was so professional, he even taught me how to handle my cats with their medicals treatment. The price was affordable too and it helps me alot since i took alot of stray cat around my neighbourhood. Great services, really recommended, may Allah bless the doctor and his family :)
