★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staf tidak boleh bekerjasama untuk bantu ibubapa dalam mendapatkan info tentang anak. Terlalu sombong hingga mengatakan bahawa bukan kerja dia nk jaga budak2 yang datang disitu. Tak guna jika ada staf disitu yang dapat bantu. Kita cuma nak minta bantuan untuk bertanya jika ada kehadiran anak kita pada masa tersebut. Bukan besar pun pusat tersebut. Dengan hanya sekali tanya sahaja dah boleh dapat maklumat. Saya kesal kerana ada staf yang sebegitu bekerja dengan pihak pusat.
 Staff cannot cooperate to assist parents in obtaining information about the child. Too arrogant to say that it's not his job to take care of the boys who come there. No use if there are staff there who can help. We just want to ask for help to ask if there is the presence of our child at that time. The center is not big either. With just one question, you can get information. I regret that there are such staff working with the center.
