★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the Customer Service Officer of PKKN and like to re-edit the true fact,name,location of the main PKKN Sungai Buloh before this, here is the sub-hospital for Hospital Sungai Buloh. They cannot rename to Hospital Sungai Buloh because PKKN is an under UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE historic,so they cant be upgrade, demolish or make new building,otherwise they must take care the history as well,so also their name. it was the 1st leprosy hospital in asia at the year 1926 to sustain leprosy pandemic at that era. Now KKM just keep on using and maintain the building and services,only few leprosy patient here had left, the main operation here is for MEDICAL OUT PATIENT DEPARTMENT 2 (MOPD2), MOPD3, Rehab Clinic, Methadone Clinic, Varmam Clinic, also got few medical ward for support main building (HSB), leprosy ward and some more extra ward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has asthma, yet the fan in the room is extremely dusty, worsening her condition. When she requested the cleaners to clean it, nothing happened.
Then I call this hospital's number in a friendly tone. When I mentioned my mother's ward, the operator immediately diverted me to a different line for several times. Instead of just missing, the employees should know how to use nicer terms like "Let me connect". When I am unable to connect, they stated, "Oh, we can't engage to the ward la" and hung up. It is really disrespectful. They should have said "We're very sorry, we unable to connect you to the ward. Can you try to call again later?".
However, when I attempt again with a firm intonation, then I get connected immediately to the ward. I dislike being nasty and firm. Please work on improving your customer service. Thank you.
