β β β β β The place is usually close so be sure to call and make an appointment before going. We made ours but had to wait for our turn because several inconsiderate people took the opportunity and went into the office unannounced when they saw the office opening (it opened due to our appointment).
The assistant of Simon (Wayne) was very friendly and helpful to us in handling our school transfer request.
As much as we appreciate his help, it is fairly obvious that there is not much they could do on our behalf. Still, Wayne did his best in my opinion and that is what matters.
