She helped me with the procedures for installing new TNB meter application.
She even called personally just to reconfirm on the procedures hence saves me the trouble from going back and forth to TNB Rawang. By doing that, she even helped me to save my AL ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to go TNB Kepong branch. But their service getting poor. So went to this branch instead for our work related matter. I can't complaint the queue as this branch serve coverage people from Bukit Beruntung to Rasa to Rawang township itself, so I don't mind the bit more time on queuing as already been the same queue process & feeling disappointed with Kepong branch.
Security very friendly and keep the queue in order. They are trying their best to assist on TNB matters such as payment kiosk if any.
Receptionist Officer, gave us the good or proper response as to compare with (Repeated No Answer) of Kepong branch.
I can't complaint the timeline of their processing time as I can see for myself they are doing their best opening almost all counter on weekday basis. They serve all type of folks with mostly with older generation and attended them as nicely possible but I can see that older folks tend not to agree on seeing their beyond the line of work details or their branch difficulties. But that how I see it & my point of view.
