★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impatient and unprofessional car instructor:
The car instructor just kept saying: “what the hell you are doing, scolding or just aiyo, aiyo” during the first and second driving lesson, what do you expect from a driving rookie? You didn’t tell me the details of my mistakes and just saying that I am not concentrating. Everyone made mistakes please, I am not a driving genius!
Lack of explanation and details:
During the on the road session, the instructor didn’t tell me where I need to head to beforehand, so how the hell am I going to react to that?! By the way, I think stalling the car is a very general mistake that every driving rookies are going to make, I just need more time to practice, not being scolded!
Inefficient staff and instructor:
I reached the centre at About 8:00 am and started the KPP02 lesson at 9:45 then stopped at 10:15. After that, I waited for 1 hour and started the on the KPP03 lesson at 11:15 and ended at 12:00. I spent about 3 hours just to wait for the instructor, do you think this is a driving learning centre or a “waiting learning centre”?! I have spent more time waiting rather than practising, so how am I going to improve my driving skills?
Driving is not an easy task and it takes time to learn and consume the knowledge, the instructors of this centre are unprofessional and lack of real driving knowledge. Seriously I think they are just some uncle or aunty that are impatient and just want to earn some easy money from driving learners.
Conclusion :
Don’t come to this centre to attain your driving licence, it is just bad and frustrating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to get your driving license. The teacher here is nice and very understanding on student nervousness during a JPJ exam that they joke n laugh with the student. Its not military style for sure, that is true until the road test, which is with you n the jpj personel only, that my friend depends on your ability and luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience here. Unfortunately during my process, mco is implemented and when booking for class to drive, it takes months to actually attend the class. Reason that they gave was classes are so full and yet in every class that i attended they still accepting new students. Every time I register and check in for my class, there will be at least one student who registered to be a student there. Like if the centre is so full then why still accept more students?
After my first class, the second pkp was implemented and they didn't give any information and told me to just wait. I had to ask if my classes were postponed to when. And when finally classes were allowed to begin, I asked when can I start my class, the admin replied with "Awak dah book ke?" as in perli like it was my responsibility to know when to start.
And when i reschedule my classes, I called in February, and the classes given to me is in April. Imagine how long i have to wait. And another thing, they asked me to reschedule one of my class, they told me either to come an hour earlier or and hour later than my usual class. And the reason was there's a so called "urgent student" that needs class. Like excuse you, I have booked this class since February and I have other things to do and much more important than the class. Am i also not an urgent student. One thing la, I will not recommend this center to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rather not give them any rating. Just to register my review I had to click on 1 star. The worst experience with this institute. Classes schedule in 2mths gaps, Instructor will give the best feedback on the student but the during JPJ test students can always fail. Re-test schedule another 2mths gap. My daughter has passed the test, but the management did not proceed for P License application and now had to re-take the test, then JPJ can fail her again. How is that possible?????!!!!
Instead paying 1300 per pax until to-date i already paid 2000 per child and still not gotten license yet.....
Frustrating, totally in agony.... I will definitely consult lawyer to sue this Institute.
Best do not enroll yourself with this institute, its good to pay extra 100 or 200 with other institute rather than suffering with this Institute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ learning by teachers is not up to standard, contradictory from other teachers and elsewhere. Teachers eat blind wages, shake legs, inefficient learning. There is no direct communication with students. The agent is not responsible at all, lu kerja macam mana maa, Glad the story is not recommended places to take licenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prob the worst deiving institute out there . Expect u to know how to drive on the first lesson. Constantly scolding u when u do mistake which they never teach. The instructor just yell at me even if I didn't even do anything wrong. They teach me like a Sultan.... And I try to communicate with him but he is sulky and just pretend nothing happened and don't even listen to me.... Speechless? Poor teaching skill, no manners, bad tempered, bad attitude.... 1000% won't recommend. Guys, please don't come here. Especially Mr Goh??Except you are already a pro driver. Or else, you will just suffer at this driving academy.
