β β β β β If you're looking to get a driving license, please DO NOT go to this place. The instructors are immature and irresponsible and the cars are heavily damaged mechanically. Absolutely terrible service, with days of waiting for responses. And once you do get an appointment, you will wish you haven't. The average age of the instructors is around 60-70, and you get the sense that if anything goes wrong you'll only have yourself to rely on. Terrible, TERRIBLE attitude from the instructors, with them acting like irresponsible children most of the time. And get this, half of the instructors *can't even speak Chinese or Malay*
Oh yeah, did I mention that all of the cars I drove so far have been heavily damaged? Out of the 3 cars I have driven so far, 2 of them had clutch issues (The clutch pedal was way too soft, a sign that the clutch pressure plate was damaged) and the last one had visible crash damage on the left back fender.
Save your time and money and go get lessons elsewhere, this place is nothing but a pathetic joke.

β β β β β Don't dare to get your license here. I though would be a good idea to join this school for B license, but ended being a terrible idea. The most unprofessional business I've ever seen. Very poor organization and terrible managed. As not local and not able to speak the language I asked 1st if they had teachers and lessons in English, they assured they had. Far from reality. I'm alright communicating with other people whose English is not the best but i don't like to be lied. Had to do the preparatory 8h lesson in bahasa melayu with a book in bahasa melayu, and they assured me no other option. Once i passed the computer test and signed for the practical it was failure after failure, like not being told i was supposed to wear long pants and collar shirt to do the practical, so I had to run home to get changed and get ready, only to be told by the teacher once i was ready, that the motorbike (only one available old as my grandma) was down for the day. What a joke. If I could have cancelled at that point In would have done so. Teacher also did not speak barely any English so it was very difficult to learn properly and follow instructions. that part I don't blame the staff, but that nobody explained me clearly in advance. I could be explaining all day all negative things of this "school" but would need too much space. At least the staff are average friendly, but no one knows what's going on, everyone points finger at others and make you wait for ages for any process. Managed terribly Don't go there

β β β β β HEAR FROM ME PLEASE! I took computer test on 31 March 2022 and they gave me booking for training that start from late June 2022 until July 2022. You know what's funny? My friend go for computer test around 20 April 2022 and got their first training today (28 May 2022) at Cemerlang center which is located at Gelugor!
Conclusion, How is he getting his car training earlier than me as I was the one who took computer test earlier than him! It's ridiculous how you guys manage to book my car training sections so late! Nice one!
After seeing those who command after having the experience on car test from here, I assume I'll be going to have a tough time during training haha. Malaysia is the best service country in the world! I'll rate one star!!
