★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service advisor very kind and accommodating, the waiting space also quite comfortable to sit. However, the vehicle service part is very SLOW.
I’ve been here 2 times and they’ve never service my car on time. The newest one, I went there on weekend my appointment was at 10 am. Arrived there at 9.45 am and waited for almost 2 hours, my car still hasn’t enter the mechanic service area, my car still at the same place where I’ve parked at 9.45 am. When I asked, they said “The one that have appointment at 9 am also hasn’t enter yet”. Done payment around 1.30 pm. I hope the manager see this complaint and sort this out.
P/S: Staff okay, mesra tapi SERVIS LAMBAT SANGAT. Appointment pukul 10 pagi, pukul 12 tgh hari baru kereta bergerak masuk bengkel. Bila ditanya, boleh pulak kata “Yang appointment pukul 9 pagi pun belum masuk.” Boleh pulak macam tu ?. Pukul 1.30 pm baru setel. Korang judge la sendiri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First come, go to the register table at the very front of the door. If no staff is at the desk, wait. I come at 1pm because my appointment is at 1.30pm. No one is there and i was so confused. Then the staff said that they had break till 2pm. Then why got 1.30 pm appointment ?
