★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited more than 30min to register n not based on first in the queue to be served first .. expect client to register using own phone n was struggling to register for more than 15 min n not bothering to help till l asked her any other method to register .. instead of helping, she kept serving other clients who were queuing behind me n answering client phone call n not bothering to handle us first, perhaps only take 1 subject ie small client to her .. Don’t know her name .. has pretty young face but absolutely need training ! It will never go wrong if u always serve client based on first come first serve n also not based on how many subjects the client take !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Service of the receptionist. I have paid tuition fee in mid Aug under TT transfer and uploaded into TTC app. On 02/09, my kid paid again for Aug fee together with Sept. When I checked with receptionist why TTC don't check upon my kid past her the money. She just respond me. Your kid said pay for which month she just open invoice without review student name payment record. When I ask her again.
if parents didn't notice and highlight what do you do? She reply me it student and parent fault not her problem. Very disappointed with her service and attitude. Dear all parents, be conserve your payment to TTC Subang with their insincere service.
