★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd time to puspakom for inpection doing grab 1st and 2nd being their is close doing pkp but online booking available so i booking however once i being their is closing the money is fefund but the time is wasted ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rush to jpj right after your car inspection.. seems the data is not sync immediately to jpj, caused me to run few times to jpj............. And most importantly, tear off all your tint, even if you are using legal tint, together added up with your windscreen, vlt might < 70% for front and < 50%...........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is fast and efficient. There is an air-conditioned area for you to wait as well. Make sure you book online before going in.
Overall a decent experience, much better than other government facilities. Perhaps management might look into beautifying the place as it does show signs of wear.

car aircond open and wait until 4.30pm only my turn
if you entry after business hours so sorry have to come tomorrow queue again
counter there car park aside need people come out to cut queue payment on counter again
although can online appointments
need appointment but first come first serve
here customer suka hati potong garis
tukar milik tak tau mana arah dalam ke luar no guide line
alot agency here cari makan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appointment system is great. The system advise you to be early at least 30 minutes. Arrived here, and that's it.. I arrived 45 minutes earlier and the queue is horrible. There are about 60 cars infront of me. During lunch hour, the queue is completely halt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly the queuing system needs to be changed. There’s no such thing as “first come first served” here; cars came after you but joined in a “lucky” lane, they gets in earlier than you.
Stick to you line (in my case, there’s 3 lines and there’s no proper floor marking as it’s an open field carpark). The moment you switched lane and if happens that the officer came and stamped the admission form at the line you were in earlier, you can’t switch back and that will cost you wait for easily 15-20 cars behind whereby I made this mistake. At time of writing, I have spent the past 2.5 hours here and still waiting, patiently.
