You are hindering the progress of the society. Every time a vehicle waiting for inspected, always have to wait in line for a day. Please do some improvement. Work for your's country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the appointment at 1230pm and I still have to queue like those not booking. End up they said Puspakom closed at 1pm for lunch and only can continue at 2pm. Please improve the service and only allocated the number of cars that you can check per slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and absolute waste of time. Made an appointment online for 12.30pm and then was told after queuing for 30 over minutes that they are going for lunch break. WTH! So what's the logic in having online appointment bookings with those time slots.

Appoointment 3pm for very simple b2 service
Wait until 4.30pm only can pay. Then slowly check...finish on 5:30pm.
