★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taraf perkhidmatan yang sangat teruk jika dibandingkan dengan agensi lain seperti JPJ, Polis dan lain-lain. Staff yang sangat tidak menghormati pelanggan, menggunakan bahasa kasar dan tidak menerangkan SOP dengan jelas. Memalukan dan memberikan imej negatif kepada PUSPAKOM. Memberikan arahan kepada pelanggan seperti sampah di tepi jalan, terutamanya staff wanita yang bekerja di kaunter utama pada tarikh 11 oct 2020. Budi bahasa jadi amalan namun sangat kesal dengan tahap dan taraf layanan oleh staff tersebut. Menghalau pelanggan untuk tunggu diluar sedangkan masih ada proses yang masih belum dijelaskan. Akan disusuli dengan laporan ke pihak atasan PUSPAKOM yang bertanggungjawab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is always packed and busy. Is better to book online few days before you go. After your vehicle has passed the test. You can renew your commercial truck insurance and road tax here .
Staffs at here are very helpful and friendly! Is our Johor's hospitality for visitors !
