★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agak kecewa menginap di Putra Kuantan Homestay..keliling luar rumah kotor..masuk rumah berbau dan menyeramkan..tandas kurang bersih dan berlumut..sinki bilik atas tersumbat..kepala shower takde..cadar berbau macam tak tukar..bilik atas siling berlubang dan ada air econ keluar..tandas bilik bawah siling atas berlubang..dan paling tak sangka..owner tak mesra langsung baru jam 11.50 dah terpekik minta check out..padahal kita ada bagi deposit..tak pernah jumpa homestay yg begini teruk dan owner yg kurang ajar dgn customer..tapi kami tetap check out tepat jam 12 tghr..terkejut semua org dlm rumah owner minta keluar cepat..nak menginap lagi di homestay ni memang tidak sama sekali..bad service and rude owner..review jujur 1/10 star..terima kasih atas layanan yg diberikan..sila perbaiki kalau nak kekal lama..
Somewhat disappointed to stay at Putra Kuantan Homestay..dirty outside the house..entering the house smelly and creepy..toilet less clean and mossy..sink in the upstairs room is clogged..the shower head is not there..sheets smell like it doesn't change..the room on the ceiling perforated and there is econ water coming out..the toilet in the room under the ceiling above is perforated..and most unexpectedly..the owner was not friendly at all, only at 11.50 did he shout to ask to check out..even though we had a deposit..never found a homestay that was this bad and the owner who was rude to the customer..but we still checked out at exactly 12 noon..surprised everyone in the owner's house asked to leave quickly..want to stay again in this homestay, it's not at all..bad service and rude owner .. honest review 1/10 star..thank you for the service provided..please fix it if you want to stay long ..
