★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could be one of the average priced private in Melaka. However if you want to encounter some of rude staff u are welcomed here. I wonder why specialist assistant don't have uniform and they act as they control specialist time. There is lack of empathy and lack of respect in communication. The boys at lobby are very friendly and easy to approach though. The nurses here seriously have some weigh management issues. Could be more productive. Improve your menu system to paperless. Better find private parking. The Dr are good though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entering the parking area is horrendous, most of the time take a long time to find one. Motor bike with loud exhaust allowed on the car parking area.
Dont bother to complaint. I've made complaints before but not entertained.
Last visit 23/7/18 parked my car at 11:00 am & 12:15 still was not settled at the registration counter. Left & did not bother to meet the doctor.
Nevertheless, a consolation point, from the previous visits over the years, the doctor are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time for imaging mri takes 4 hours. Do not give patient appointments at the same time if you not capable of doing it the moment they arrive. Be more systematic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse at ward 9 & 8 are very poor at their services. Grandpa need to wait for long time of period just to change his diapers. And nurse at there, just pass and pass their job to other people. Lousy services. Putra Hospital please review back your nurse at ward 9 & 8.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The night security guard is totally rude and bz with he fon.scream at ask to call ask.is like we come here to begging ur facility.the nurse is very goodand polite.i should thanks to indian aunt.she very 2 good give my son medicine and check everything.
Please tell ur staf no handphone on working time.and dont scream at people.peolple are sick,stress and bad mood.please check on ur night security or blue shirt guys.
