β β β β β Very convenient and lovely dwelling place near Gombak Lrt. Taman Melati area is lucky by getting the Putra Vila within it's area .
However one of my favorite elder brother is living here and I always feel good when come here sometime.

β β β β β Rudest security girl staff i ever encountered in malaysia, maybe in my whole life.. Seriously, finding tenat may be hard with that kind of attitude.. Manner is important, i will find other condo where my guest will not be scolded just because dont know which gate to enter..

β β β β β Inexpensive and clean. With swimming pool and children's playground, surau and some indoor games. Laundry, small store, and kitchenette for take out and in dining available from morning till late night.
Fully furnished apartment less than 2000 MYR per month.
5 minutes walk to LRT Gombak, bus to IIUM available at 10 to 15 mins interval.
Most amenities within walking distance.
Nearest mall is Melawati Mall.
Nice mountain view.
Some areas need repair and better maintenance.
Overall acceptable inexpensive choice for short or long-term rent.

β β β β β I would say the condo and the area is fantastic and peaceful, however the management office clerks and staff were really rude and unattentive. They rather talk to each other and in fact act harshly towards the residents. The management should monitor thoroughly at these kind of people as there are more people outside there wanted to work and can be polite in terms of customer service.
All and all the security guards are really helpful and friendly. The administrative office staffs should learn from them.
