★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berada di kawasan perumahan. Bagus untuk penduduk kat sini.
Tapi, terdapat beberapa masalah mengenai dobi ini semasa saya menggunakannya:
1. Mesin membeli sabun rosak. Setelah memasukkan 2 keping token, didapati sabun tidak keluar. Token juga sangkut di dalam.
2. Arahan pada dinding menyatakan ada 3 pilihan harga membasuh (sejuk, sederhana, panas). Tetapi apabila menggunakan mesin basuh, cuma pilihan sederhana (RM5.50) yang dapat digunakan.
3. Perkhidmatan WiFi tidak dapat digunakan. ID WiFi yang dipaparkan tidak dapat ditemui apabila dicari daripada senarai WiFi yang ada.
4. Saya pernah menghubungi nombor tertera untuk melaporkan barang rosak melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Tetapi, nombor itu menunjukkan sikap kurang mesra pelanggan apabila tidak membalas laporan itu biarpun telah membaca mesej tersebut.
Saya mengharapkan perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan dapat ditambah baik supaya menjadi senang untuk pelanggan guna. Terima kasih.
Located in a residential area. Good for the people here.
But, there are some problems about this laundry while I use it:
1. The soap buying machine is broken. After inserting 2 pieces of tokens, it was found that the soap did not come out. The token is also stuck inside.
2. The instructions on the wall state there are 3 washing price options (cold, medium, hot). But when using a washing machine, only a simple option (RM5.50) can be used.
3. WiFi service cannot be used. The displayed WiFi ID could not be found when searching from the list of available WiFi.
4. I once called the number listed to report damaged items through the WhatsApp application. But, the number shows a less customer -friendly attitude when not replying to the report despite having read the message.
I hope the services offered can be improved so that it is easy for customers to use. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service - Puan Jue . Very helpful as their coins machine not function . But in getting customer to take off our shoes yet your floor not clean end up my " tapak kaki " turn black , Putri Laundry .
Your name already beautiful but I guess those unwanted /non functional thingy in your laundry u could get rid off it ie . The massage chair .
Please , let customer wear their shoes . Your floor is not clean .
