★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a waste if you going there for manicure it's alright but if u going for pedicure or foot spa you better go other shop u wasting ur time there and ur ? the staff dont know to respect the customer if u call them to complain and tell the truth about theyre bad service.
They don't want to accept and admit the wrong.so how they can improve?if for them customer is no right to complain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for a while, and everything was great, until i decided to get chrome nails. They didn't even know how to do it and it took about 3 hours to get it right, plus the price was still the same despite them messing up. At the end of it my whole hand was silver and i had to go back 2x to get it right because there were so many mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly unfriendly girls, wry faces and even rude. Cleanliness is also an issue in this place. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience turned into an unpleasant and stressful experience. They do not accept debit/credit cards and I told them you do not have a sign stating so anywhere and when I asked you over the phone you said you did. With a wry face, no apology, no smile, she said “our rules have changed”. I was in a rush going to an event and pressed for time. I asked if an exception could be made just this time and she said “no”. The machine was just in front of her and she adamantly refused to use it just because I was paying a little less than RM50. I asked her if I could transfer the amount to their account and she became angry and said “can not”. I had to go running all over the place right and left looking for an ATM machine; they didn’t even bother telling me where the machine was. After 25 minutes, I was back and when I was ready to pay, they charged RM5 more than the price I was told and when I asked why she said “we increased our prices”!! Wow. In 48 hours (since my reservation over the phone) all this has taken place. Never again. There are much better and cleaner places where you can really have a nice experience with friendly staff, smiling faces and more flexible procedures.
