β β β β β before this, they have good mechanic, now resign already. now got new mechanic, seriously too aggressive. want to change this part, that part, total more rm1k. i go another shop in puchong pay rm60 only. 4 month already no problem.

β β β β β Been using them for some years for service and changing tyres. The tyres got swollen after only 1 year of using. Went to check n they said can help claim warranty (for 1 of the tyre). After 3 months another side of the tyre also got swollen and went to check with them again. Again they said change new one and asked to claim warranty. However, was informed that the one we sent for warranty claim 3 months ago they are still keeping in their workshop and the boss (Raymond) informed will send both to claim warranty together. Excuse given was the salesman resigned and so nobody bother to send the tyre for warranty claim where the tyre has been sleeping in their workshop for the past 3 months. I find them very irresponsible. Moreover we are not a one off walk in customer. We have been using them for so many years. Eventually went to other tyre shop around Kota Kemuning and found that the tyres outside are actually much cheaper also. There are many tyre shop around Kota Kemuning area indeed.

β β β β β attitude to customers is very unfriendly. unkindness.
asked about the service process, they answer very bluntly or get annoyed without answering.
When I ask over the phone, she only say what she want and hang up the phone directly.
It's really ridiculous their service mind.
I don't sure their technical skill is can be recommended or not.
But based on the workshop owner mentality...... -___-
it's up to you to choice them or not. but do remind there are lots of workshop in Kota Kemuning.
