★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall functionality is good, but R&D and Support are so so so so lousy. They do design the system but they even don't understand business process in "general". This software only suitable for small business that with simple process. When try to fully utilize the system function, will found there are too many bugs.

Unfortunately, you need to have a stable pc or else it crash real easy too.
