What happen to me recently was, the safety gate.i bought this product quite a while ago and one of the part was broken cause by my GOOD son,
i turn up in the shop and explained to the staff what problems i facing and ask a favour if she can ask from the supplier to get the price for this part if i want to change it.
The staff straight way make a phone call to her supplier and they willing to exchange with FOC. Thanks GOD. so the staff have update me how the progress from time to time because those product was from China so it will take a bit longer.
Anyway the shop called to to collect once the problems fixed.
All what i can say is, this shop provide a very very good service.
