Dari awal kami masuk kedai, sampai siap, muka langsung takde senyum. Kami masuk semua org buat tak tau even i dah bagi salam. Semua org tak dgr ke i bagi salam ke?
The way you talking also kurang ajar & no manners at all. Siap marah-marah, is it the best service you can give to customer? Belajarlah untuk bercakap elok-elok dengan customer. You hormat orang, orang hormat you balik.
Banyak sangat sign "jangan sepahkan", kalau dekat family store, you cari panties, you akan sepahkan tak? Jangan nampak sangat staff tu pemalas. Staff di family store tu elok je lipat semula pakaian yang terbuka lipatan. Kalau tak nak bersepah, don't sell the stuff, but put it as a display only.
Actually you boleh je cakap elok-elok & elak la dari buat muka tolak rezeki. Walaupun bukan company you, tapi you cari rezeki.
Bad experience with bad service.
 Please make sure every staff learns the meaning of "customer service", if you are confused and don't know how to be civilized, better stay in the store & counting stock only, not at the counter. In the morning, my face is tight, why?

Actually, you can talk nicely and avoid making a face off of sustenance. Although not your company, but you make a living.
